Cancellation
Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: no refund for a started month.
- Yearly plans: a pro-rata refund of whole unused months if you cancel within the first 30 days.
- Top-ups and add-on credits are non-refundable once used.
- If an outage on our side prevents use, we credit your account for the affected period.
Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate charges, or payments for a plan that was never activated, are refunded in full to the original method.
