1. Who we are
The 96Astro API is provided by Kuber Astro Solution Pvt. Ltd. (“we”). These terms apply to your use of the API, the developer portal and the documentation.
2. Your account and keys
- You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Keep keys on your servers and revoke any that may be exposed.
- One organization may hold several keys. Sharing an account with an unrelated business is not allowed.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
- Credits are consumed only by successful calls, at the published cost of each capability.
- When your credits run out, calls stop with an error until you top up, upgrade or your plan renews. We never bill usage you did not buy.
4. Acceptable use
Your use must follow the acceptable use policy.
5. Astrological content
Calculations follow published astronomical and traditional methods. Interpretations are traditional and for guidance only. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you must not present them as such to your users.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless agreed in a separate Enterprise contract. Breaking changes are made only in a new API version, announced in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
